Edited inconsistent name spellings + other minor fixes

Changelog:

Changed spelling of John Archivist and John Amherst’s names to “John” throughout all transcripts for consistency with official spellings.
Fixed minor formatting issues (captions labelled as speaker names, etc.) in a number of season 4 and 5 transcripts.
